Sheffield Place Sheffield Place is a treatment and transitional living program for highly traumatized homeless mothers and their children.

With the mission "To empower homeless mothers and children to heal from their trauma and help them become self-sufficient," Sheffield Place offers both in-patient supportive housing and outpatient services to homeless mothers and thier children.

The Jackson County Combat - Community Backed Anti-crime Tax (COMBAT) - provides essential funding for:
- Local law enforcement
- Jackson County Courts
- Crime prevention programs
- Addiction treatment programs

The quarter-cent sales tax generates an average of $31.5 million each year to support local law enforcement, Jackson County courts and more than 100 community programs for crime prevention and drug treatment. COMBAT funding is set to expire next spring. A no-tax-increase extension of COMBAT is on the November 3 ballot.

We're beyond excited to welcome Daniel Estrada back to Off the Wall as our live artist for another incredible year! Known for his bold, vibrant, and colorful artwork, Daniel brings an energy and creativity that perfectly captures the spirit of this one-of-a-kind event.
