🐾 Last week the Gateway 6th Grade Center Honor Choir was chosen to perform at the North Kansas City Schools retirement ceremony honoring 94 retirees!
Way to represent our Grizzlies and congratulations to all of the retirees. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to our district. 🐾

Last week, we honored 94 retirees whose combined impact on NKC Schools totals more than 1,836 years of service. That’s 1,836 years of caring for students, building relationships, solving problems, championing kids and colleagues, and making our schools better places every single day. We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful group of people and the heart they brought to NKC Schools throughout their careers. 🐾 Happy Last Day of School, Grizzlies!
It has been an incredible honor to help plan and organize memorable experiences for the students and staff at Gateway 6th Grade Center. We are so grateful to be part of such an outstanding district and amazing 6th grade community.

Wishing all of our Grizzlies a fun, safe, and relaxing summer as you prepare for an exciting journey into 7th grade. You worked hard, made great memories, and accomplished so much this year — congratulations, Grizzlies! You did it! 🥳

Don’t forget grizzlies! Tomorrow is the last day of school and it’s a HALF DAY!
Students dismissal time for Gateway 6th Grade Center is 11:31am.

Additionally, due to the half day, no visitors are able to have lunch with students at the school.

🐾 Thank you so much to Shivers Ice House for treating all of our hard working 6th graders and staff at Gateway 6th Grade Center to celebrate the official end of MAP Testing for this school year!

🍦 Tonight is our restaurant night Restaurant Night - Andy’s Frozen Custard from 4-8 pm. Make sure to show the flyer!
🍿 Tomorrow is PAWS Quarter 4 and there are still some spots open if you’re able to volunteer to help.
