Argentine Kommunity Awareness (AKA) AKA exists to transform the future of its community. Argentine Kommunity Awareness (AKA) was founded in 1994 by Argentine community resident – Diana Aguirre.

As an active community leader and dedicated parent, Diana started the organization to uplift the neighborhood with food drives, graffiti clean-up and cultural experiences for youth. In the 17 years since its formation, AKA has expanded to provide recreational and educational opportunities such as: Youth Nights, Trick-or-Treat Village, TeenView-Student Newsletter, College and Career Planning. s to this programming has been significant for the health and safety of Argentine residents. Working both with a Youth Board and Executive Board, Diana has remained dedicated to analyzing the needs of this community and taking action to improve and maintain its welfare.
