Missouri CVMA 4

Missouri CVMA 4 Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association - Missouri Chapter 4 Our mission now is to support and defend those who have defended our country and our freedoms.

Sometimes referred to as "The Combat Vets" or simply "The CVMA", we are an association of Combat Veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces who ride motorcycles as a hobby. Our membership is comprised of Full Members (those with verified combat service) and Supporter Members (those who have non-combat military service, and have a sincere dedication to helping veterans). We have m

embers from nearly all 50 states and living abroad. Many members continue to serve in our Armed Forces, with several serving in combat areas now. We sponsor and/or participate in many motorcycle-related charity events each year, and as a non-profit organization, donate to various veteran charities. Our chapter predominantly donates to the Cameron Veterans Home via various raffles held through out the year and is a registered IRC 501c19 charity & incorporated as a "not for profit" corporation in Missouri. In addition to the above activities, our chapter also has a working relationship with St. Lukes Hospice where we visit with and acknowledge the service of veterans when they enter into the hospice program.

Unknow Story About
In 2004, in the outskirts of Detroit, a secret race took place, known only to a select few automotive insiders. The race was a private event, organized by a group of engineers from the Big Three automakers—General Motors, Ford, and Dodge—who were passionate about their performance cars. These engineers wanted to settle once and for all which brand produced the ultimate American muscle car.

The participants were:
- A **2004 Chevrolet Camaro Concept** that was an early prototype of what would eventually become the fifth-generation Camaro. It had been equipped with a powerful, experimental V8 engine that never made it to production.
- A **2004 Chevrolet Corvette C6** prototype that was modified with a supercharger, pushing its output well beyond the factory specifications.
- A **2005 Ford GT**, still in its pre-production testing phase, but already being hailed as a supercar that could rival the best from Europe.
- A **2004 Ford Mustang GT** that had been heavily modified by Ford's Special Vehicle Team (SVT), with a supercharged V8 that was rumored to be a prototype for the upcoming Shelby GT500.
- A **2004 Dodge Viper SRT-10**, one of the most powerful American cars at the time, with a massive 8.3-liter V10 engine.
- A **2004 Dodge Challenger Concept**, a car that was still a year away from its official debut. This concept car had a 6.1-liter HEMI V8 that was tuned to perfection for this event.

The race took place on a closed, private stretch of road, far from prying eyes. The event was meticulously planned, with each driver being one of the top engineers who had worked on these cars. It was a race not just for speed but for pride—each engineer wanted to prove that their creation was the fastest.

The race was incredibly close. The Ford GT and the Corvette C6 were neck and neck, with the Viper close behind. The Camaro Concept, despite its prototype status, held its own, surprising everyone with its raw power. The Mustang GT, with its SVT modifications, roared through the straights, while the Challenger Concept's HEMI V8 thundered through the corners.

In the end, the Ford GT took the lead, edging out the Corvette by just a few feet. The Viper came in third, followed by the Camaro, Mustang, and Challenger. However, the results of this race were never officially recorded, and the event itself remained a closely guarded secret among the participants.

This race was a unique moment in automotive history, a clash of titans that would never be repeated. The cars involved went on to become legends in their own right, but the story of the secret race of 2004 remained a hidden chapter, known only to those who were there.

Just a reminder, Kaepernick was blackballed because he sucks at football and demanded too much money. No other reason
