Hi I'm Nancy, a speech language assistant at Frances Willard. I recently graduated from K-State this year and am excited to start my first professional job at Frances Willard. I spent most of my summer outside having fun in the sun!

My name is Francene T. Lopez, Ed.S., and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Frances Willard Elementary. As a proud KCKPS graduate, I have served the district since 2006 in a variety of roles. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four sons, and our two grandchildren. I'm excited to be part of the Frances Willard community!

Mi nombre es Francene T. Lopez, Ed.S., y tengo el honor de servir como Subdirectora de la Escuela Primaria Frances Willard. Como orgullosa graduada del Distrito Escolar de Kansas City, Kansas (KCKPS), he tenido el privilegio de servir a este distrito desde el año 2006 en una variedad de puestos. Fuera de la escuela, disfruto pasar tiempo con mi esposo, nuestros cuatro hijos y nuestros dos nietos. ¡Estoy muy emocionada de formar parte de la comunidad de Frances Willard!

Alma M Arellano Bravo was born and raised in Michoacán, Mexico, and moved to the United States in 2019.
She will be our 3rd grade Dual Language Spanish teacher.
Her favorite pastime is cooking and expending time with her family and friends.

Our new School Counselor, Ms Resch, is so excited to start making connections with the students and staff! She loves reading, snuggling with her two black cats, and supporting the Jayhawks, rock chalk!

Pamela Powers, our newESOL Teacher. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends doing things outside, watching sports, and finding fun places to visit. She is a KU graduate and loves all things Jayhawks!! Rock Chalk!! She just finished her 25th year of teaching and is so excited to be starting a new chapter at Frances Willard and meeting all the wonderful families.

Hannah Leyva is one of the incoming Third Grade Dual Language Teachers. This is her second year teaching third grade and she is excited to support our families and scholars this year. Her favorite pastime is reading.
