The VFW Auxiliary is one of the nation’s oldest veterans’ service organizations and our members the relatives of those who have served overseas in a location of foreign conflict. We have nearly 500,000 members representing all 50 states and abroad who volunteer millions of hours and give millions of dollars to support veterans, military service personnel, and their families. We are a voice for vet

erans on Capitol Hill and are instrumental in assisting the VFW pass or block legislation that impacts veterans and their families. Every year, members fund-raise millions of dollars for charitable projects that benefit veterans and their families. We also provide hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships for our nation’s youth. The VFW Auxiliary Department of Florida recently recognized Jordan Hill, their first-place winner of the Young American Patriotic Art Contest, and presented him with his award. Congratulations, Jordan!

Hill was sponsored by Auxiliary 8093 in DeBary, Florida. All Department first-place winning works were then sent on to National Headquarters for National judging.

Last year, we asked whether you joined the VFW Auxiliary under your dad. This year, we'd like to know if your father is an Auxiliary member and/or if an important dad in your life (husband, son, brother, friend, etc.) is in the VFW Auxiliary - we would love to celebrate him with you!
