Today was a very special day at our meeting. Our kind hearted President, Kathy, for the 2nd year, organized for our guild as a collective to do a large charitable contribution of quilts to a local foster program. A gentleman from Cornerstone of Care came & accepted an amazing 61 quillows + book for local foster children ❤️. Such an incredible, giving, caring guild we have!

There's LOTS of ways to get involved in our guild from clubs to committees to donating (quilts, walker bags, burp clothes, etc), being on the board for 2027. Remember if everyone does something no one has to work too hard- "many hands make light work"

Kelly talked to us about "The 3 kinds of Quilters" & shared with us some of her favorite personal quilts! She is also the creator of the Not Your Basic Blue Bag pattern & a certified instructor for Sew Kind of Wonderful curved rulers!
She's a wonderful instructor if you ever get a chance to take a class from her!
