📝 Planning your Den & Pack Meetings just got a whole lot easier! Introducing our new Cub Scout Planning Hub…a single site that helps you plan your entire Scouting year without the guesswork.

No more “googling” hundreds of sites looking for ideas. Simply select your program and get step-by-step programming from Lion through Arrow of Light. We even included Cubmaster, Committee Chair and Summer Camp guides to keep Scouting simple, fun, and organized for your pack.

Take a look, bookmark it, and share it with your Cub leaders at hoac-bsa.org/cub-guides or tap the link in our bio Heart of America Council

The meet popular demand, Three Trails is offering more in-person training sessions. Our first will be Den Leader Training. Being trained leads to better program and increased retention in our units. This also helps the District increase our percentage of trained leaders and show that we are working toward providing a quality program for our Scouts and their families.

We will be offering the following in-person training for Den Leaders:

• Course: Den Leader Training
• Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026
• Time: 8:30am-11:00am
• Location: Heart of America Council Office

This course will be led by Jerry Pfister, assisted by David Hinkley and will provide our Den Leaders with the skills needed to guide their Den during the current Scouting year.
