The MS Achievement Center exists to enhance the quality of life for people with progressed multiple sclerosis (MS). We accomplish this by providing a comprehensive program of physical rehabilitation, psychological support, social activities and health education for our members and their families. The program helps participants optimize their functional ability, move toward acceptance of their limi

tations and take charge of their own lives. Our goal is for our participants to live to their fullest potential. The MS Achievement Center is a unique program that addresses a very real need in our community.

Our body systems depend on water to function & survive — & the demand is even greater in this July heat 🥵
You lose water thru breathing, sweating & waste elimination.
WE MUST REPLENISH THOSE FLUIDS EVERY DAY!
💦 Drink at least 2 liters of water
🍉 You also can eat foods high in water content such as watermelon (duh), cucumbers, lettuce.
