Our apologies for it taking so long to update you on the KCK Pet Help Program.
In early 2021, the wheels came off the bus for our program (long story for another day). We were heartbroken. But sometimes when a door closes, a window opens.
KCK Pet Help is now part of a new organization called Fix'em KC.
We believe people want to do the right thing for their pets, including spaying/neutering, vaccinated and microchipping. But many just can't afford it. Or they need help accessing a vet.
And we have some dedicated and hard working community cat trappers and caretakers doing their best to fix feral cats, and they need more organizations to support and fund their painstaking efforts.
If you need help fixing your pet, please go wo www.fixemkc.org and make a request for funding by filling out an online form.
Or if you are taking care of unaltered feral cats, please go to the same web site and request funding for trap-neuter/spay-return.
Please like and share the Fix'Em KC page as well! This is a new chapter in the health and welfare for animals in Kansas City - we need your help to spread the word!
Also, please consider donating if you can. Every penny will go toward spaying and neutering pets or fixing feral cats in the Greater Kansas City area. You can make a donation through our web site.
We will keep you updated on Fix'em KC on this page. Thank you!
