Too many of our young brothers are growing up without real guidance — and it’s costing us lives, futures, and potential. 🕊️💔

From Kansas City to your screen, we’re launching a year-round digital mentorship experience for boys (especially of color) ages 11–19 — giving them a safe space to grow, lead, and build the tools for life, leadership, and legacy.

Great after school MATH SESSION with the young BCG crew! These kids worked very hard to pickup the concept of “Fractions”! They each completed a packet full of questions under 2 hours in preparation for the upcoming Capstone test! You know BCG was there to support their new skill developments! One day it will lead to General Finance skill training in our program.

Why I Started Blu Collar Group

When I started Blu Collar Group, I wasn’t just building a mentoring organization—I was building a movement. Growing up, I saw firsthand what it looked like when young people didn’t have the guidance, resources, or encouragement to reach their potential. Too many kids are navigating life’s toughest challenges without a mentor to say, “I see you. I believe in you. Let me help.”

That’s why I created Blu Collar Group. To stand in the gap. To be a bridge. To empower young people to dream big, make bold moves, and see beyond their current circumstances.

Today, I’m honored to see how our programs are changing lives. I’ve watched kids gain confidence, set goals, and discover their passions. I’ve seen families feel hope again, knowing their children have a community of support behind them.

This isn’t just work—it’s purpose. And every day, I’m reminded that we’re not just shaping futures; we’re shaping leaders.

But here’s the truth: I can’t do this alone. BCG is a team effort—a movement that requires ALL of us to step up for our youth. If you believe in the power of mentorship and the potential of every young person, I’m asking you to join us.

MATH ACADEMY x Blu Collar Group Week #2!

Today, our middle school students participated in creating VISION BOARDS for solving Fractions. Following up from last week students used the KCF (Keep Change Flip) method on solving mixed fractions!

With Blu Collar Group, we introduced our Project HYPE Youth Mentoring Program. The students wanted to start an initiative to boost different products in their school store. Every kid came up with their own position surrounding the initiative. BCG Program Coordinator will fight to see the students get a strong chance to accomplish this goal.

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS WORKED THROUGH THEIR FIRST 5 MATH PROBLEMS!!!
