8 YEARS OF SERVICE. 8 YEARS OF LOVE. 8 YEARS OF SHOWING UP FOR KANSAS CITY FAMILIES.
Today, our hearts are filled with gratitude.
Eight years ago, Children of Homicide Victims Support Group began with one purpose: to create a community where children and families impacted by homicide could receive love, hope, support, resources, and opportunities to heal.
For eight years, we have stood beside Kansas City families through some of life's most difficult moments. We've provided resources, created safe spaces, honored loved ones, celebrated our children, built community, and reminded families that they do not have to walk this journey alone.
When we look back at these photos, we see more than events. We see children growing up, families finding community, volunteers giving their hearts, partnerships being formed, smiles returning, memories being created, and lives being honored.
We see the reason we continue. 💚
