💙 Today is Autistic Pride Day.

Autistic Pride Day is a time to celebrate neurodiversity and recognize the unique strengths, perspectives, talents, and contributions of autistic individuals. It is also an opportunity to promote understanding, acceptance, and meaningful inclusion in our schools, workplaces, communities, and everyday lives.

At the TSOS "Do Good" Foundation, we believe everyone deserves to be valued, respected, and empowered to thrive as their authentic selves. Today, we celebrate autistic individuals and reaffirm our commitment to creating more inclusive communities for all.

Nothing about us without us. Inclusion starts with listening, learning, and embracing neurodiversity.

💜 June is Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month.

This month, we recognize the millions of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, while also honoring the families, caregivers, and loved ones who support them every day.

Alzheimer's affects more than memory. It impacts independence, relationships, and overall quality of life. By raising awareness, reducing stigma, supporting caregivers, and advocating for continued research, we can help create more compassionate and informed communities.

At the TSOS "Do Good" Foundation, we stand with all those impacted by Alzheimer's and related dementias.

🧠 Today is World Brain Tumor Day.

We stand with individuals, families, caregivers, and survivors impacted by brain tumors. This day is an opportunity to raise awareness, honor the strength of those navigating this journey, and recognize the importance of support, research, and access to care.

At the TSOS "Do Good" Foundation, we believe no one should have to face life's challenges alone. Today, we join communities around the world in uplifting those affected by brain tumors and encouraging greater understanding of their experiences.

💙 Together, we can make a difference through awareness, compassion, and support.

🩵 Did You Know?

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects millions of people worldwide. While it is often associated with military service, PTSD can impact anyone who has experienced or witnessed trauma, including survivors of abuse, violence, accidents, natural disasters, medical events, and other life-altering experiences.

By increasing awareness and understanding, we can help reduce stigma and ensure more individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to seek help.

Awareness matters. Compassion matters. Support matters.

🩵 June is National PTSD Awareness Month

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. While often invisible to others, its impact on mental, emotional, and physical well-being can be significant.

This month, we stand with survivors, honor their strength, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Awareness helps reduce stigma, foster understanding, and connect individuals to the support they deserve.

No one should have to face their journey alone.
