Some days, living with a chronic pain condition can make it hard to feel thankful. Daily pain and related psychological symptoms like depression can make everyday life more challenging. Like most things in life, gratitude can get easier with practice. Setting aside time to practice gratitudecan help you get in the habit of looking for things to be thankful for.

Here are some practical ways you can harness positivity in your life:

Keep a gratitude journal. Each day, spend five minutes writing about three things that went well for you and why you think they happened.Send thank you notes for gifts or kind acts. For special dear ones, write a letter of gratitude detailing all the ways you are thankful for them.Engage in spiritual acts such as counting blessings or giving thanks.List a few important, positive events in your life, then reflect on what life would have been like without them.Take a short break from a favorite thing – a dessert, a beverage, a type of music, a show – and then when you come back to it again, you’ll remember how much you love it.

Imagine a jar where you could place one thought of gratitude. What would it be?

This is a very good reminder that you should ALWAYS do what's right for you and your own body. Don't compare pain with others as there's no way to rate, rank or make comparison from individual to individual. Maybe disease to disease but not individuals. Just try to do what is right for you and your own body at this particular time. It's something I struggle with! Doing what I know I should be doing to help my body, not make it even worse by pushing myself too hard!

I'm selling BIOLIEF CBD products and have been VERY pleased with the products! We have a full line of products and use a patented cold extraction process that allows a better, cleaner, more effective product to result instead of using heat and chemicals which break down the quality and effectiveness. I can offer each of you a 40% discount off on your entire first order and 20% off on subsequent orders. All of our products are independently tested and verified to have the quality of product that we state. The lotion works great on painful areas and the tincture helps wonderfully for anxiety, pain, sleep improvement, and much more!! Feel free to ask me any questions!

Go to my website to check out the full product line at:

Feel free to call me at 816-492-9304.

Sincerely,
Lisa Coan

Greg Williams and all other interested pain warriors:
I'm still working on putting together the online group where we can have scheduled video meetings through ZOOM so that everyone can see, hear and participate with one another for a meeting. This page is ALWAYS open for you all to write on and to get support from other local pain warriors! Please feel free to post ANYTIME! I've had some personal health challenges over the last 4 month's that have landed me back in the hospital again and again with acute kidney failure, wounds, infections, sepsis x2, pneumonia and a severe head wound from a bad fall. I really have been working on it and trying to get it to fruition but have consistently been brought to a halt by my medical challenges. I'm currently in another 3 week stay getting treatments and am hopeful to be released on April 30th. If I can carve out time between infusions, PT, OT, and all else I'm required to do here, I'll try to get back to work on it so that we can get these meetings going! This group is always available to post in though and you will find people to support you!! Feel free to contact me by phone at 816-492-9304 at anytime of you'd like to chat for a short while or have questions, comments, concerns or ideas for ways to continue to improve our group or subjects you'd like to be discussed in our meetings. I'm ALWAYS open to hear your thoughts and wishes!!

Sincerely,
Lisa Coan

CRPS Awareness Month continues!! CRPS is ranked the #1 most painful condition in the world. It effects our lives beyond comparison to other diseases. It causes burning nerve pain, electrical shock sensations, heat and cold intolerance, changes in skin, bones, muscles, joints, nerves, immune deficiencies, changes in hair and nails, extreme sensitivity to even the slightest touch and so very much more. It effects the central, sympathetic and autonomic nervous systems sending high level pain signals to the brain causing severe debilitating pain and loss of mobility. There are so very many things that it effects that I will try to continue to post frequently this November (CRPS Awareness month) of ways that it effects not only myself but many, many others. For more information about CRPS/RSD go to: www.rsdsa.org for a wealth of information.
πŸ€KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!!! πŸ€
If you don't know about this disease that has effected my life for the last 19 years, please take a bit of time to learn about it! The CRPS warrior's around the world thank you in advance for you taking the time to familiarize yourself with our disease!!
