Strong neighborhoods are built by listening to the people who call them home.
As Kansas City continues our work to build more housing and invest in neighborhoods across our city, we also have an opportunity to think creatively about how vacant land can better serve our communities.
Gardens, community spaces, recreation, urban agriculture, small business opportunities, and green infrastructure are only a few ideas of what these lots can serve.
