Perception of Success

Perception of Success Making leaders out of younger generations. Intended to create a new kind of atmosphere in the classroom for students and teachers. Nonprofit Organization.

Perception of Success has been designed for the students by a student to take the every day classroom atmosphere and "spice it up" from time to time by giving the teachers and students and exciting and "out of the norm" day by allowing a "PoS"itive figure to step in and conduct a prepared lesson plan, presentation, or designated review material to the students.

Focused on giving back to underprivileged students by bringing young professionals and college students into Elementary and Middle schools and showing them a positive young leader in their community. Perception of Success' purpose is to create an "out of the norm" classroom experience where the teachers and students mix up the routine school day by allowing a young leader to step in and conduct prepared presentations, lesson plans, or designated review material requested by the teacher or principal. Our goal is to present opportunities, enhance creativity, and help students discover their passions. By using creativity and passion to encourage success, Perception of Success will provide underprivileged students with more opportunities to prevail. Perception of Success is multi-faced: We provide many different services, such as, Guest Speaking, Mentoring, and Coaching during the school year and leadership challenges and camp over the summer. Guest/Motivational Speaking: PoSitive Peers. Coaching: PoSitive Scholars. Mentoring: PoSitive Outlooks.
