The P.O.S.S.E.

The P.O.S.S.E. P.O.S.S.E. (Peers Organized to Support Student Excellence) is a youth organizaton that recruits and trains 3 different types of leaders in a school.

Academics, Athletics and Grass-roots or Gang leader and teaches them the skills they will need to become successful in school. The primary objective is to help support students in 3 areas; Academics, Attendance and Attitude in which "attitude" is the foundation for creating positive leadership amongst students.
