The Sunflower State’s Special Olympics athletes enjoyed themselves both on and off the field during the weekend games in Wichita, thanks to the Healthy Athletes screening program.

PNAGKC and friends made a meaningful impact in Wichita, Kansas, volunteering at the Special Olympics of Kansas Summer Games event. Through the Healthy Athletes program, our group empowered athletes with vital health screenings and education, fostering a culture of wellness and success.

Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Virginia Lumanglas. She was a supporter of PNAGKC and loved Ate/Tita/Lola figure to some of our members.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 26 beginning at 9:30am. Services will be at St. James Catholic Church in Liberty. All are welcome to join her family and friends in celebrating her beautiful life.

We achieved this milestone! Congratulations are in order for our President, Daisy Guela, on successfully leading PNAGKC into its 35th year, highlighting impact, influence, and the Power of Nursing. The gala committee's efforts were outstanding, and numerous esteemed guests joined in celebration. We sincerely appreciate everyone's presence and support. We also honored our past presidents and we welcomed the incoming Executive Board.
