🎉 Congratulations to Kimberlee Ried! 🎉

The Junior League of Kansas City is proud to share that Kimberlee Ried will serve as President of POLL (Presidents of Large Leagues) for the 2026-2027 League year.

POLL is a network within the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI) that brings together Leagues with more than 400 members to share best practices, discuss common challenges and opportunities, and strengthen the collective impact of Junior Leagues across the country.

Kimberlee is no stranger to POLL leadership, having previously served as Training Coordination Chair and Strategic Planning Chair. Service as POLL President is reserved for former presidents of large Leagues, making this a distinguished leadership opportunity.

We know Kimberlee will represent the Junior League of Kansas City with excellence, passion, and dedication. Please join us in congratulating her on this exciting achievement and wishing her success in her new role! 💙

This past weekend, JLKC President Stephanie Davis, Incoming President-Elect Amanda Braun, and Incoming POLL (Presidents of Large Leagues) President Kimberlee Ried attended the Annual Conference for the Association of Junior League’s International (AJLI) in Indianapolis, IN.

This year marked the Association’s 125th anniversary, and we were proud to celebrate JLKC as one of the 34 founding Leagues of AJLI. Throughout the weekend, these three engaged in governance dialogue, networking, and thought partnership with Leagues from across the globe while celebrating the strength and impact of women’s leadership.

We were also thrilled to celebrate our 40 Under 40 honoree, Dr. Bethany Forseth-Hanson!

We are grateful to be part of such a strong and storied organization and are excited for what the future holds for JLKC and AJLI!
