After a long day, these ladies truly stepped up. We faced adversity but pushed through with heart and determination, finishing the day 1st in the bronze bracket. While the medal is a great accomplishment, the real win was the growth, resilience, and teamwork shown on the court.

Everybody wants confidence.
Everybody wants playing time.
Everybody wants results.

But nobody wants real conversations.

The truth is…
Growth doesn’t happen from being comforted.
It happens from being challenged.

And a lot of athletes aren’t used to that anymore.

💭 So when a coach actually talks to them like this…
it feels “too much.”

That’s the problem.

A coach who tells the truth.
A coach who demands more.
A coach who refuses to let them stay average.

Most players say they want to be great…

But greatness comes with hard conversations.

The question is —
Do you really want that coach?

The best athletes don’t compete with others first.

They compete with who they were yesterday.
