Thanks to everyone that shared info about our GKCOA Scholarship Fund, made donations, participated in our GKCOA Benefit Golf Tournament, or submitted an application.

We are excited to report that sixteen excellent applicants have been chosen for 2026 and each has received, or soon will be receiving, a $1,000 scholarship. A few of those deserving seniors from Central High School in St. Joseph received their scholarships recently!

$91,000 has now been awarded since the fund's inception in 2011. THANK YOU for helping make that happen!! We look forward to doing it again in 2027.

Do you know a High School Senior Scholar Athlete in the Greater KCMO area involved in at least one of the following sports programs: baseball, basketball, football, softball, or volleyball? The GKCOA Scholarship Fund is now accepting applications.

We will be awarding up to sixteen $1,000 scholarships in the coming months. Applications must be submitted online or postmarked by March 31st. For more details and the application, please use the following link to visit our website:

Make plans to join us on Saturday, May 3, 2025 for our 15th Annual Golf Tournament in support of local high school seniors. Proceeds benefit the GKCOA Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization. Since the fund’s inception in 2011, over $59K has been awarded in scholarships to deserving student athletes within the Kansas City area. $125 entry fee, but register & pay by 4/1 to get the $115 earlybird rate!
