✨ This month, we celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), an annual recognition of the positive impact of people with disabilities in the American workforce.

✨ The theme for National Disability Employment Awareness Month 2025 is “Celebrating Value and Talent.” People with disabilities bring creativity, dedication, and fresh perspectives to the workplace - and inclusive employers see the benefit in retention, morale, and innovation.

✨As siblings, we can help lift up voices, help advocate for inclusion, and help shift how others see ability.
