Thank you to all of the friends of BFTAA for your support and prayers during this trying time. We want to report good news. We have brought our Youth Technology Club back together after a three-week closure due to burglary and vandalism of our W. E. B. DuBois Learning Center location. We met this week at the Bluford Library and will start and extended stay at the Ivanhoe Neighborhood Council next week. We have been truly blessed and are grateful to be able to get back to working with our youth. Thanks parents, students, and friends for your kindness and support. From L George Walker, President Black Family Technology Awareness Association - BFTAA
I’m paddling the 2026 MR340 to support Missouri River Relief and their work to protect, clean, and educate communities about our river. Your gift helps keep the Missouri healthy for future generations. Thank you for backing this journey.

I will be racing in the 2026 Missouri American Water MR340 paddling race on the Missouri River. As part my race participation I am raising funds for Missouri River Relief. Please make a donation to help this great organization!
