What all workers need to know: The purpose of capitalism is to make the rich richer by making the middle class and the poor, poorer. It's in the system. The corporation cannot --- repeat--- cannot be nice to workers, the community, or the planet.

Some of us grew up in anti-union households. Now that I myself am an adult, I cannot for the life of me fathom WHY my parents were anti-union.
