Parents, what are some of your main challenges, red flags or deal breakers when it comes to youth sporting events?
Mine, specifically is lack of communication and / or lack of vision. Coaches are meant to inspire. Can’t do that if you lack vision or can’t effectively communicate the vision you do have!
