So much gratitude to everyone who volunteered at our Spring Dumpster Day on Saturday -- what a morning! Thanks as well to our friends at eggtc. for lending us a monster coffee carafe that kept our sustaining brew lava-hot! I think this was one of our busiest DD's yet. At least we didn't have another record- (and back!)-breaking antique radiator that took a troup of doughty men to hoist into the scrap metal collector's truck --- the stuff of neighborhood lore! 😱💪😄

The CSHA Annual Meeting is today, neighbors! See you at 6pm for a tasty dinner; the meeting will begin at 7pm. We'll have two guest speakers -- KCPD Sgt. Sebastian Hanriot to discuss crime, safety, & CSHA's contracted patrols by off-duty police officers; and KC Symphony reps to share info about their upcoming project at 49th & Main! These folks will be followed by the general business of our HOA.
