Dear Village,

We are incredibly excited to celebrate our Nephews with you this Saturday, May 16th! As we finalize our preparations, we have a few important updates and reminders to ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone.

Event Schedule & Arrival
We are operating on a very tight schedule and the graduation program will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.

Arrival Time: Please aim to arrive as close to 9:30 AM as possible.

Traffic Alert: Please remember that the Hospital Hill Run is occurring the same morning. Significant road closures around the Keystone CoLAB (800 E 18th St) will be in effect from 7:00 AM until 11:30 AM.

Travel Tips:

Recommended Arrival: To beat the closures, we suggest aiming to park by 9:15 AM.

Parking: Look for street parking or lots North of 18th Street (near 17th & Cherry or 17th & Holmes). Avoid approaching from the south via Crown Center.

Navigation: Approach the venue from the North or East (via I-70 or Hwy 71). Avoid Grand Blvd or Main Street.

Attire: Business Casual & Jordans
The suggested dress code for the event is Business Casual.

The "Talk KC" Twist: To tie in with our program, we invite everyone to wear a pair of Jordans if you own them!

Colors: Our theme colors are Black and Gold. There is no requirement to match the theme, but you are more than welcome to if you'd like to join in the spirit!

Attendance & Ticket Cancellations
If your plans have changed and you know you can no longer attend, please cancel your tickets. This allows us to offer your seat to someone else in the community.

How to Cancel Your Eventbrite Ticket:

Log In: Sign in to your Eventbrite account.

Go to Tickets: Click on your profile icon and select "Tickets."

Select Order: Click on the graduation order.

Cancel: Select "Cancel Order" or "Request a Refund"

Confirm: Follow the prompts to finish.

Join us this Friday, May 1st at 1pm in the Beanstalk Children's Garden for the KC Farmers Market Passport Launch & Urban Farming Expo. Drinks and light refreshments available. Bus tours will be conducted from 2:30pm-4:30pm.
