As we approach Christmas I want everyone to reflect upon the true meaning of family not what it has become for many. My self I know I have to work on the interpersonal with my nephew and children in order to do so I have to tolerate my mother and other family members.

Make the life you want not the one someone else wants for you!!!!

While eating your Thanksgiving meal be mindful of those way less fortunate, be thankful for what you have , not that you cant want more or to do better, but there are those struggling to find one meal, those dealing with medical issues, family issues abuse of all sorts issues, mental issues, there are those stuck in situations that they cannot escape some caused by their own family members who use the word love against them.

Sometime all someone has is the nice thing you managed to say to them that day.
