Because Shimay started using one of TVH's visitation homes, the court system allowed her additional bonding time, which she also utilized at TVH. That time at TVH, along with going through the Trauma Proof course, helped Shimay reunite with her son. That's one of several reunifications we've seen at TVH the past year, and we're hopeful for more in the rest of 2026!
