Supporting the strengthening and sustainability of thriving and empowered communities.

-Empire Dreams supports the personal growth, professional development, and entrepreneurial empowerment of individuals, families, and communities in Kansas City’s urban core.
-We believe every individual can achieve their dreams with access to hope, partnership, opportunity and resources.
-The intent of our organization is to support the development of leaders and entrepreneurs in our city’s most vulnerable populations. We utilize an in-home life-coaching model to first work hand-in-hand towards family stabilization and then onto leadership empowerment and business ideation.
-Program offerings include life coaching, community support groups, youth entrepreneurship programming, a business incubator and trainings and professional development relative to an urban population.
-To provide holistic support to the family unit we have partnered with Community Renewal Housing to offer families in the life coaching program access to housing stability and preparation towards affordable and enduring home-ownership.

The team is what makes Empire Dreams work

And a core catalyst of that team is Eric Perry.

So grateful that Ivan Hubbard sent this incredible gentleman our way six months ago and beyond blessed to build community on the East Side with him.

🔥 The roots of the city are our experts

🔥 Those who have walked through fire know the answers.

🔥 The best role models and mentors are those born from the same ZIP Codes.

Shout out to Eric for his commitment to the East Side, his passion for youth and his willingness to dive into the world of grassroots community development with me.

Enjoy the photo dump of Eric in action!

And….the winner of our Neighborhood Barbecue Competition is Mr. Travis!

Ya’ll don’t want to know how many legs, ribs and thighs I ate that day 😂

Also, you’ve never had a party until you’ve been in our community to cook, eat, play and make bucket fulls of slime!

Love bringing our community together to showcase their talents, empower our kids, and connect as friends

A glimpse of our WHOLE family and HOLISTIC approach to family, community AND economic empowerment.

This fiery, beautiful and incredible lady speaks to her experience in our:

1. Business Accelerator
2. Women’s Empowerment Group
3. Neighborhood Development Internship
4. Youth Programming

Today is the last day of our 14k in 14 days challenge…

And we are quite a ways off from our goal.

Consider investing in our work and rewriting the story of entire communities.

09/10/2026

True transformation HAS to be multigenerational.
It HAS to involve the whole family.
It HAS to RADICALLY disrupt what was “normal” and carve a trajectory of holistic prosperity that is accessible long-term.

And we are witnessing this through Empire Dreams.

A grandmother participated in our Rise Business Accelerator.

One of her granddaughters WON our Youth Business Accelerator.

Her other granddaughter is featured as an artist in our Dream Builders music video.

Three of her grandsons participated in our Youth Leadership Intensive:

🔸One of them wants to be an entrepreneur.
🔸One wants to be a music artist.
🔸One is just simply brilliant.

Community development has to be holistic.
It has to be whole person.
It has to be whole family.

Please consider investing in generational transformation.

We are on Day 9 of our 14k in 14 days campaign.

You can learn more at our website and give on the link in the comments.

Blessings ya’ll 💜

A glimpse of our Youth Leadership Internships.

Our THIRTY kiddos received $10,000 this summer during their first “employment” experience.

And what did they do?

🔹They learned asset-based community development
🔹They grew in understanding their unique identity, worth, and power to make change
🔹They developed an entrepreneurial mindset
🔹They designed and facilitated community projects, programs and kids camps.

At the end of the summer they also witnessed two murders in their neighborhood.

In two weeks they are supposed to start our Youth Business Accelerator program.

Right now there are 8 days left to donate for our current 14 for 14 challenge.

(Raising 14k in 14 days so we can launch our Fall programming)

Please consider being one of the 100 people we’re looking to support our work with youth, families and neighborhoods on KC’s East Side.

Your investment rewrites their trajectory.

Would you give $14 AND join us in transforming East Side KC?

Would you be ONE of our 100?

Would you join your HEART to our mission and help us SUSTAIN our work with youth and families?

We are asking for 100 people to help us raise 14k in 14 days so we can launch our Fall programming.

You can give just once or invest monthly.

BUT if you love our work with Empire Dreams please consider helping us financially today.

100 people X $14. = $1,400

That's 10% of our entire $14,000 goal.

Andddd you can always give more 🙃

Like $50, $140 or $1,000.

But right now it starts with one person.

Maybe that one person is you!

If you've ever said:

“I wish I could do something.”

“This community deserves more.”

“I want to invest in the next generation.”

“I want to destroy poverty.” (That’s what I say…)

Here's your chance.

Give $14 today and become one of our 100.
Then tag someone who should join you.

We definitely need your support.

Sometimes we just need a little hope to live again. 💜

And this is WHY Empire Dreams exists.

☀️Because we get to watch moms dream again.

☀️We get to watch entrepreneurs believe in themselves.

☀️We get to watch young people imagine a future they never thought was possible.

☀️We get to watch people break through the poverty, addiction, trauma, and injustices that have defined so much of their lives.

We get to watch the people we love discover…

🖕Their Worth.
🖕Their Power.
🖕Their Purpose.

And this is why we need your support.

We are raising $14,000 in 14 days to continue creating opportunities for people on the East Side of Kansas City to thrive.

Whatever you can give, you are helping us continue to spark seeds of dreams in the hearts of our community.

🎯 $14,000 in 14 days.
❤️ 100 donors.
💵 Even $14 can make a difference.

Will you be one of our 100 donors?

We invite you to dream with us.

❤️ Give today:
