If God has been gracious enough to you to give you a second chance at doing anything twice, take a moment to thank Him.

For me it’s marriage. One of the hardest, most life-giving relationship on this earth. Two becoming one is such a beautiful representation of how the Father loves his Church.

I still don’t get it right every day, but He did bless me with a man whose heart is for Him. And that’s the most important. He’s patient and kind and thoughtful. And so many more good things.

We got to get away by ourselves this weekend so I could be those things for him. And I cherished every moment of time together.

Thank you, God for the gift of marriage and this man. 🤍

This dream wasn’t just about waiting and walking blindly, but a reminder of how important it is to know the Father closely enough to know when to wait and when to go.

You don’t always need all the details when you know the One leading you.

The closer we walk with Him, the more we learn to recognize His voice, trust His timing, and move when He says go.

“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” — John 10:27

I’ve stepped into places I wasn’t prepared for and moved before the right timing. But there’s so much relief in knowing that He is the One leading the way. He can be trusted.

I know I don’t want to miss what God has for me. So thank you God, for this reminder that you are the great shepherd.

I’ve been in a state a gratitude this season. Although every day doesn’t feel all fluffy, we can still choose to be thankful.

This verse is a reminder that the same God who created the heaven and earth from nothing also cares about your thoughts.

He cares about our intentions, our decisions, and our character when no one is watching.

How often I have to catch myself. It’s so easy to find ourselves in a conversation of gossip, saying yes to things we don’t have the capacity for, or even allowing things to stress us out that we shouldn’t be carrying.

It’s easy to get caught up in this big world. But my God is bigger than what we face daily. Our salvation is a gift, but for those who are called by Him, it’s the daily transformation and constant humility that brings us closer to the Father.

He cares about Every. Single. Detail. And he’s not just faithful when good things happen. He is faithful forever.

Okay, I have to share something with y’all because I genuinely LOVE this brand.

Some of you may remember when I had my shop, I actually carried JENESSA WAIT | faith and encouragement 🕊 products and they were some of my best sellers.

I recently saw that she opened an affiliate program and immediately signed up because I already loved the products AND the heart behind the brand.

So every now and then I’m going to share some of my favorites with y’all. Not because I want you to buy something, but because I really believe in what she’s creating. 🤍

Pondering on God’s power this morning.

We have not because we ask not. We have not because we don’t have true faith when we ask. We don’t see healing and miracles because we lack the belief.

What if we truly knew the power God holds? And when we realize that that same power lives in us…man what a life we could build for the kingdom.

He’s growing me in ways I could have never imagined. But what separates us from the world, is faith WITH works. There cannot be one without the other.

Something I’ve been learning as I’ve spent more time in God’s Word is that not everything is personal.

We are so quick to react to what someone said, how they treated us, what they did or didn’t do. But Scripture reminds us that we aren’t wrestling against flesh and blood.

There is a spiritual battle happening all around us that we can’t always see.

That doesn’t mean we ignore hurt or pretend that wrong is right. It means we don’t have to make an enemy out of every person who hurts us.

Sometimes the person in front of us is hurting too. Sometimes there is something happening beneath the surface that we know nothing about.

And when we remember who our real enemy is, we can respond differently. With wisdom instead of reaction. With prayer instead of retaliation. With grace instead of offense.

I want to keep learning how to see people the way God sees them and remember that the battle belongs to Him.

Less of me. More of Him.
