Due to the chance of sever weather Saturday, we unfortunately had to make the decision to change the location of the festival this year. We would never want to put anyone in a dangerous situation.
The weather has been crazy this year for our community, but we won’t let that stop us from throwing a party!!

The Kankakee Valley Park District is gracious enough to let us move to the beautiful Bill Sprigg’s Civic Auditorium in Kankakee (803 S. Eigth St., Kankakee IL)
The Auditorium is an indoor/outdoor space that opens up beautifully to let the music fill the air 🎶 🎵

There will be a few changes in scheduling but we will be doing our best to keep everything the same including outdoor vending & activities. Stay tuned for more info and please come support our strong community💪🏻💪🏾💪🏿

Year after year, hard-working and incredible individuals provide their time and labor to Merchant Street MusicFest through volunteering. Their contributions ensure that MSMF is an awesome experience for everyone —the performers, the vendors, and most importantly, the community.

This year, 251 people volunteered and contributed a cumulative total of 1,625 volunteer hours to the fest!

It's not an exaggeration to say that Merchant Street MusicFest would not have been as successful as it was without the volunteers who helped make it happen.

To all of our volunteers: thank you so much! We truly appreciate all that you have done for MSMF and the community this year 💓
