Aloha kakou🌺 We are starting a Thursday paddle for those that are looking for paddling with an emphasis on well being and healing within.
And so the name:
Ho’ola – to have life, heal
Pono – balance, to bring into wellness
On this first class at 5pm, we gather in circle, begin with an oli and stretch. We go out for about an hours paddle. We’ll take it slow to enjoy our surroundings, being out on the bay, listening to our body and what it’s experiencing. Some of you may not have paddled for a while or for whatever reason.Short breaks with mo’olelo or just watching in silence as the sun goes down over the Ko’olaus.
Must be able to swim.
Pls. sign Waiver and Registration on the 1st day.
Membership dues payable after that.
