Wisdom Circles Oceania is an arts-centered community organization based on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi that has provided a creative framework for individuals and groups to seek healing and community justice through artistic expression since 2016. We envision Wisdom Circles Oceania as part of a socio-economic infrastructure that offers educational tools for healing, intergenerational learning and teaching oppor

tunities, and connections to resources. Our ultimate goal is to help create a thriving Aloha ʻĀina community that inspires the discovery of creative solutions in order to improve our quality of life with respect to the earth and each other.

Mahalo to our Maui recovery team for continuing to show up consistently for our Lāhainā community! We provide opportunities for therapeutic arts 3-4 times per month at community parks, hubs, and short term housing residencies. These are spaces to talk story, creatively express, with live music, lomi, acupuncture etc. We laugh, cry, release and find renewed inspiration together.
Over the past 3 years we’ve also provided monthly opportunities for over 50 organizations and groups providing fire recovery services to receive in our spaces.

Lāhui - Join us at this yearʻs Lā Hoʻihoʻi Ea at Thomas Square Park on Sunday, July 26, at our Community Arts tent! We will be located along Victoria st.

Wisdom Circles Oceania + will be hosting an art and wellness area with keiki, ʻōpio and all ages friendly art activities: screen-printing, stenciling, artivism, and lā’au. This will be space for kūkākūkā, intergenerational artmaking, and engaging in kūʻē creative action together!

We will have blank shirts available and encourage you to bring your own items to print on!

Lā Ho’iho’i Ea is a free community event organized by activists, teachers, youth, kūpuna, and aloha ‘āina advocates. 🌿

We are excited to announce we will be back at Thomas Square Park with our printing and stenciling gear for this year’s Lā Ho’iho’i Ea, on Sunday July 26!

Bring your lole/clothes/bags/patches of fabric to decorate!

This year La Hoihoi Ea Honolulu will be honoring the extraordinary Dr. Richard Kekuni Akana Blaisdell and his legacy of uplifting a sovereign Hawai’i.

Join us in celebrating this memorable annual event. Find us along Victoria Street!
