Serving the community with our Service Leadership Programs at Castle HS, Kailua HS, Kalaheo HS, McKinley HS, and King IS.

Helping around the community with organizations such as Lanakila Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army and others. The Kiwanis Club of Kaneohe is a volunteer organization that mainly services the windward side of Oahu. We are involved with community organizations such as Lanakila Meals-On-Wheels and Salvation Army Kane’ohe Corp. We sponsor the following Service Leadership Programs (SLPs): Castle High Ke

Finally updated our community sign after around 20 years. Kiwanis is still in the Windward Community! We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. DM us if you’re interested in helping us serve our community. Check out our sponsored Key Clubs at Castle, Kailua, Kalaheo and McKinley HS as well as our Builder’s Club at King Inter.

Aloha friends! Our club is holding our first ever Steak Plate Fundraiser. Proceeds go towards funding service projects that benefit the community, kupuna, and children alike. In addition to projects, the funds raised help us to provide scholarships for deserving high school seniors, and help us to continue supporting our sponsored youth service leadership programs, Key Club at Castle HS, Kailua HS, Kalaheo HS and McKinley HS, as well as a Builder's Club at King Intermediate.

Each steak plate is $17 and will include 8 oz ribeye steak, rice and corn. Pre-orders are available until JANUARY 25 via online Google form order on the flyer or email us at [email protected]. Payments can be made online or in-person at pick up.

Order pick up is SUNDAY, FEB. 1 from 4-5pm at Windward Buddhist Temple (268A Kuulei Rd, across Kailua Library and next to 7-Eleven).

The Kiwanis Kupuna Spelling Bee page was not able to get enough page likes for the live stream but Kiwanis Club of Honolulu's Lynn Araki Regan will live stream on her personal page. See share for link.

We would like to thank those who came out to the Kiwanis Kupuna Spelling Bee Kaneohe Preliminary at Windward Community College. Congratulations to the finalists: 1st Place, Crystal Peltier and 2nd Place, Jeffrey Fujimoto. They will move onto to the Finals at Hale Pulama Mau Auditorium on the Kuakini Hospital campus September 20th. Additionally we would like to congratulate our 3rd Place finalist Mahealani McClellan who will serve as an alternate.

We will be taking walk-in contestant entries on Saturday from 10:30am to 12noon. Please bring a government issued ID for age verification with your $35 entry fee. The Kiwanis Kupuna Spelling Bee Kaneohe Preliminary will start at 1pm.

The Kiwanis Kupuna Spelling Bee Kaneohe Preliminary is coming up next week Saturday, August 23 at 1pm at WCC's Hale Akoakoa. Deadline to register is this coming Sat. 8/16. Please go to kupunaspellingbee.com for details and/or email [email protected] for any questions.

Top two finalists will advance to the statewide finals on September 20 on the Kuakini Hospital campus.
