Responsibilities
• Sort incoming clothing items by size, style, and condition according to company standards
• Inspect garments for damages, stains, or defects and set aside items requiring further attention
• Organize sorted clothing onto designated pallets or shelves to streamline storage and shipping processes
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sorting area to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation to ensure accurate stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sorting targets and improve workflow processes
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment
