Reminder: HOA Annual Meeting – March 20th!

Join us for the HOA Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 20th, at 7:00 PM at the South Kalispell Volunteer Fire Department (Willow Glen Drive).

This is your chance to share comments, voice concerns, and stay involved in our community!

We have two Area Representative positions open. As an Area Rep, you’ll earn a $12 credit per meeting (four quarterly meetings + annual meeting). Active Officers receive a full year credit!

Get involved, make a difference, and help shape our neighborhood. See you there!

Big news—voting for Representatives and Officers is a little different this year.

But don’t worry, we’ve made it as easy as possible (no carrier pigeons required). Here’s how you can cast your vote:

1️⃣ Private message us with your votes.
2️⃣ Email us at [email protected] with your votes.
3️⃣ Call Jeff at 406-257-8935—he’ll personally deliver a ballot (talk about VIP service).
4️⃣ Complete a paper ballot at the annual meeting.

All Facebook PM votes and emailed votes must be in by Thursday, March 20th for the annual meeting. We’ve got spots to fill, and hey, you don’t even have to live in the area you represent. So get those votes in and help shape what’s next for the HOA.

The decorations are up, the lights are twinkling, and the HOA judging is officially underway!

I believe the boundaries for this festive competition include all of Bison, Eagle, Stag, Condor, Haven, Kelly between S Woodland and Willow Glen, and Willow Glen between Kelly and Haven.

If I’ve got this wrong, someone from the Board,
please chime in—preferably before we post a sign in someone’s yard outside the HOA. Good luck to all, and may the best display blind us with holiday cheer! 🎄🎅🏼❄️☃️🎁

🎄 IT'S TIME TO VOTE FOR THE MOST FESTIVE HOME IN THE HOA! 🎅
Attention all homeowners! Want to show off your holiday spirit? Well, we’ve got a Christmas display competition that’ll make your lights shine even brighter (or… spark some neighborly jealousy). 😏
Here are the categories you can vote for:
• ✝️ Best Religious Display (hallelujah!)
• 💡 Brightest/Most Lights (do you need sunglasses?)
• 🎄 Best Decorated Tree in the Front Yard (don’t forget the tinsel!)
• 💡 Most Creative Use of Lights (extra points for originality)
• 🦄 Most Whimsical (think elf on the shelf gone wild)
• 🚗 Best Garage Door or Front of House Decorations (who says the garage can’t get festive?)
• 🏡 Best Decorated Tree Inside the Front Window (peek-a-boo, I see your tree!)

How to vote? Easy peasy! 🍪
1. Use the ballot mailed to you or the list above. Please only one vote per category and you must be sure to have a HOUSE NUMBER and STREET, with a CATEGORY to count. 🎄
2. And yes, you can totally vote for your own home – we won’t judge. 😉
3. Cast your ballot in the GREEN BOX at the corner of Eagle Drive & South Woodland. No ballot…No problem – send your votes via PM! 🎉

💰 What do you win?
A 3-month HOA dues credit! (And maybe bragging rights for the entire year… 😉)
🗓 Voting ends on Tuesday, December 17th, so don’t wait until the last minute and be like your neighbor who might still have a pumpkin on the porch. 🎃
