Storm Cleanup Logs Requested for Community Firewood Assistance
Following recent storm activity in the Kalispell area, The Little Woodbank is accepting clean logs for donation to support local residents who rely on firewood for home heating.
Community members, landowners, and arborists with storm-damaged trees are invited to bring bucked and limbed logs to designated collection points. Logs do not need to be cut to firewood length and may remain long if that is easier for transport.
Donation requirements:
• Logs must be bucked and fully limbed
• No limbs, brush, or slash
• Logs do not need to be cut to 16-inch lengths
• Logs may be delivered in long lengths
• Please call ahead before delivering so collection site volunteers can be notified
