If you receive a SURVEY in the mail called The Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults (CASOA), it is indeed from us!! We are actively beginning to develop the next Area Plan on Aging for Flathead County, per the requirements of the Older Americans Act, which we rely on to provide supportive services. We are partnering with the POLCO company for distribution of the survey--but look for the FCAA logo and letter from Director Carla Dyment! It's an extensive survey so thank you for taking the time to fill it out!

First it will be mailed to random households, and next week on June 5th it will be open to anyone 55 or older and / or family caregivers to fill out so stay tuned for the next post with that info!

🧠 Dementia Education Series

The Flathead County Agency on Aging hosts a FREE Monthly Dementia Education Series!

📍 Where: Agency on Aging – South Campus Conference Room (2nd floor), 40 11th Street

This series is open to caregivers, family members, professionals, and community members, with a new dementia-related topic every month. No RSVP required.

💬 Need extra support? A Dementia Caregiver Open Forum is also held on the 4th Monday of each month, 3:00–4:00 PM, in the Agency on Aging dining room.

All sessions are free and open to the public—join us and learn more about navigating dementia with confidence and compassion.
