Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Genesis Griffin, our Program Coordinator! ✨
Genesis brings heart, purpose, and a passion for empowering young Black girls to her work at Confident S.O.L.E.

“Working at Confident S.O.L.E. as a Program Coordinator is meaningful to me because it allows me to make a positive impact in the lives of young Black girls. I enjoy creating a safe, supportive environment where they can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and embrace their unique identities.
Being able to mentor, encourage, and empower the next generation while watching them grow personally and academically makes this work both rewarding and inspiring.”

Behind every strong organization are people who believe in the mission and are willing to help move it forward. Vanessa Rouse, our Executive Assistant, is one of those people.

Vanessa supports Confident S.O.L.E. because she believes in creating spaces where girls can grow, lead, build confidence, and discover their own S.O.L.E. power. She knows that when we invest in girls today, we help shape confident women and stronger communities tomorrow.
