Jesus Loves Kzoo Sharing the Good News and Love of Jesus Christ Together;

Jesus Loves Kzoo is an evangelistic effort among Christ-following churches and ministries in the Kalamazoo area region. We are partnering together to increase the IMPACT to our cities and region as we FLOOD Kalamazoo with the LOVE of the LORD JESUS CHRIST! Jesus Loves Kzoo is truly a "movement"... not an event! Some of the ways God will be MOVING through JLK in the upcoming year...

MONTHLY PRAYER

for LEADERS: Contact us for details! ONEWORSHIP EVENTS: These are events where we come together as a community in prayer & worship and corporately fix our eyes on Jesus! CIVIL RIGHTEOUSNESS EVENTS: JLK partners with the Civil Righteousness movement to bring the message of Justice based in the Righteousness of Christ to this region. Be sure to watch facebook for upcoming events. CATALYST WEEK: (July) A week for the Body of Christ to come together in an intentional way, sharing the Good News and Love of Jesus Christ throughout the region. Contact us to connect as a church or individual volunteer! JLK/365 is our intentional follow-up efforts. We are committed to walk along seeking individuals until they are firmly planted in a healthy Christ-centered faith community. During the holiday season, JLK/365 coordinates Thanksgiving basket delivery as well as Christmas outreach 60+ families. Volunteers are also needed for a weekly Bible study (men’s and women’s groups). All JLK/365 opportunities seek to provide a way to build relationships and shower our guests with the message of their value and worth in God's eyes! Contact us to find out more about JLK/365. YEAR-ROUND STREET MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES: We would love to help plug you (or your group) into any one of SEVERAL ongoing, year-round street ministry efforts in our area. What a blessing to be out at MLK last night. The things of the world are unpredictable, but God is constant and always by our side. We were able to listen and love on many as they worked through the frustrations of the day. We also had spiritual conversations about frustrations with religion and what does the Bible really say. God is there in our highs and lows. Thank you again to our sponsors for helping us bring Frosty boy out again to give away free ice cream. We served food to around 500 people. We also gave out clothes, food, and water. God is good! Thank you to everyone who volunteered, prayed, and financially supported our bursts this summer. It would not have been possible without you!

Last night was a beautiful night of community at New Village Park. We had multiple people request to find a local church and we were able to connect them to one near by, that even provides rides! We heard how grateful many were to have us back, in their community. We even shared memories of the last time we came and were rained out. Coming to these events is definitely at times like a family reunion, which through God we are all family.
We were also able to give away close to 250 food boxes each box has enough food for a family of four for four days plus the fresh produce that featured apples potatoes , corn , zucchini , squash and green peppers as well as free breads and clothing
Tonight will be our last night of the summer at MLK Park downtown.

It was a blessing to serve at North Park church last night. We served over 200 people and had life changing prayers and discussions. Praise God for the decision of salvation last night!!! Thank you to Frosty Boy for bringing the ice cream! We are grateful for the clothing and food donations, allowing so many to walk away with some of their physical needs met.

Tonight we are at Urban Alliance. Please be in prayer for the weather and more lives to be impacted by God’s love!
