We are grateful for Maria Newhouse and the 30+ people who joined us this morning for Grant Writing With AI! We learned about using the tool in appropriate ways that support us in working better. Be on the lookout for 2 planned Grant Writing with AI Labs that will be held later this year!

Organizations, like people, grow and evolve. ONEplace is no exception.

After years of dedicated co-leadership, Ragan Savara is moving to the Kalamazoo Defender. We're beyond grateful for everything Ragan brought to ONEplace and excited to see what she'll accomplish in this new role. The shared leadership model that Ragan and Stacy Jackson built together has left ONEplace stronger and more focused on our core mission.

Their collaborative approach wasn't just about sharing responsibilities—it shaped how we make decisions, navigate challenges, and stay accountable to our values. This partnership has been foundational to our growth and our commitment to anti-racism work.

Stacy continues with ONEplace, bringing two decades of nonprofit experience, deep roots in our community, and a continued commitment to collaborative transformative change. Her vision and commitment to social justice will guide our work forward.

Change is constant.

Growth is intentional.

Collaboration makes both possible.
