📢 Calling all aspiring cheerleaders in grades K-5th.

Xplosion Elite Cheer of SW Michigan, LLC , in partnership with Premier Athletics for Youth Development and the Kalamazoo Growlers are returning for another great session of Growlers mini-cheerleading.
⚾️🎉⚾️🎉

Registraion Includes:
- 5 on-field home game performances
- 2 general admission tickets per game for parents/guardians
- T-shirt, shorts, and bows

We're looking for 40 kids in the greater-Kalamazoo area to be the Bat Boy/Bat Girl powered by Premier Athletics for the Growlers or the opposing team this summer 🙂

Kids should be between the ages of 7-14, ready to be in the dugout for 3-4 hours, show up 30 minutes prior to first pitch and must have FUN.

The kid receives a fun experience and a gift bag - the parents/guardian receives a pair of tickets to enjoy the game while their kiddo is in the dugout.

Winners will be contacted directly by a member of the Growlers staff.

That's a wrap for the 2025/2026 MYWAY State Championships.

Congratulations to Clayton G. on his 1st place finish in the 2018 Open - 77 bracket!!🥇

This young man worked his tail off to accomplish his goal of bringing home 1st place. Way to go, Clayton. 💪💪

Day 3 of the MYWAY State Championships... Great job to our wrestlers that competed today!!

Jaxon S. and McKinley U. came up short in their brackets but gave it their all and showed some excellent sportsmanship. Both of these boys will be a force to reckon with next season. 👏👏👏

Kyren W. closed out the 2014 Open - HWTB bracket with a respectable 2nd place finish. 🥈 Way to go, Kyren!! 👏👏👏

In the 2018 Open - 77, Clayton G. secured his spot in the finals. Good luck tomorrow, Clayton. Go get em!! 💪

We didn't end day 2 at the MYWAY State Championships with the results that we had all hoped for, but we are still proud of our two wrestlers that stepped out on the mats today.

Way to stay in the fight and never give up Cardo G. and Matthew U. Both of you are still champions in our book. 👏👏👏

Taking the mats tomorrow we have Clayton, Jaxon, McKinley, and Kyren. Go get em boys!! 💪💪💪💪

Tonight we were surprised by not only one but two special guests that dropped in at club practice.

NCAA Division II - All American Curt Alexander stopped in and offered some of his wealth of knowledge and words of encouragement to our student-athletes. 💪

At the end of practice, Cole Got Candy stopped in and offered some kind words along with some of her delicious treats to our student-athletes. Check out her page and show her some love. 🤍❤️

We are so grateful to have community members like Mr. Alexander and Mrs. Cole.
