A Huge Thank You to Our Amazing Volunteers and Generous Donors! 🙌🚴‍♀️💙

Today’s Spin-A-Thon was a success beyond my wildest dreams, and it’s all because of YOU! To all the incredible volunteers who gave their time, energy, and dedication, I can’t thank you enough. Your hard work and passion kept the event running smoothly and made it a day to remember!

To our donors, who went above and beyond to support this cause—your generosity truly blew me away. Your contributions will make a lasting impact on our mission, and we couldn’t have done it without your belief in our vision.

Together, we are making a difference, one spin at a time. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making today such a remarkable success! Let’s keep the momentum going!

Today would have been my baby’s 32nd birthday, but instead, he is forever 17. Su***de is a difficult topic to talk about, but I find my voice through my son. He lived so loudly, so actively, that I feel I would be dishonoring his memory if I didn’t honor him in the way he lived.

When we speak of su***de, it’s important to use language that respects the person we lost. The phrase “died by su***de” is more compassionate than “committed su***de,” which can carry blame. My son passed away on his own terms. While I’m not happy with his decision and, of course, wish I could have stopped it, I also respect his choice.

Now, I fight to prevent other teens from making such a permanent decision to what may only be a temporary problem. Through Bike4Life, we will honor and protect our youth, giving them holistic coping skills so the next decision they make is one to live.
