IMPORTANT VOICEMAIL UPDATE

Hello everyone! Please disregard the current voicemail message when calling the Free Store. We are experiencing an issue with Verizon where callers are hearing an OLD voicemail message stating that we are closed during dates in July.

I have updated and re-recorded the voicemail on my end, and it is playing correctly for me, but for some reason callers are still hearing the old message. I am working on getting this issue fixed, so please bear with me.

Attention Free Store Community!

When scheduling your appointment with the Free Store, please make sure you enter a current phone number and a valid email address.

This is very important because if we have a last-minute cancellation or need to contact you about your appointment, we want to be able to reach you as quickly as possible. Incorrect contact information may cause you to miss an opportunity for an earlier appointment or important updates.

We truly appreciate each and every one of you and thank you for helping us serve our community more efficiently.

We are not open at this time. Please do not leave donations outside our doors on days we are not operating the Free Store.

Unfortunately, when donations are left outside, they often get gone through and end up scattered throughout the parking lot. We want to make sure your generous donations actually reach the people who need them.

If you’re willing to donate, please make sure you hand your items directly to us during our operating hours or contact us to arrange a drop-off.
