Today's Community Run at Frays Park is CANCELED!

Between back-to-school week and thunderstorm conditions, we're canceling our community runs out of an abundance of caution for everyone's safety.

That said, we would love to know your favorite indoor workouts for days like today when we're stuck inside.

With temperatures climbing to dangerous levels today, we're calling off our community run out of an abundance of caution for everyone's safety.

Heat like this is no joke; heat exhaustion and heat stroke can sneak up fast, even on seasoned runners.
