We're moving! But not very far. We could use your help getting the place cleaned up, so, if you're willing to get dirty, join us on Tuesday, June 30th. If you'd rather stay clean while you support us, consider donating so we can get this place fixed up! Visit the link in our bio to volunteer or donate.

VD: Jordan and Sarah sit at tables working on computers. They leave the building together, walk around the corner and look at a warehouse in the distance. They then walk toward the warehouse together.

It's not about how you look! It's about how many diapers are inside of you. Though we would really prefer if none of our pallets fell over.

Obviously we're doing it again! Mark your calendars for Thursday, May 6th, 2027. You aren't going to want to miss our next OvaryActing. We haven't even started planning it, but we promise it's going to be our biggest one yet! If you attended this year, don't let your friends miss the next one.

VD: Storyteller April addresses the camera to tell you to save the date for next year's OvaryActing. It cuts to April on stage at OvaryActing sharing her story.

The rain can't stop us! Despite the torrential downfall that kicked it off, the OutFront Kalamazoo Pride festival was an absolute blast! In case our whole vibe didn't make it obvious, Care Collective is here for people of all genders, sexualities, identities, and expressions. We believe that any gender can menstruate and that a family can look like just about anything!

The rain on Friday serves as a reminder: being proud isn't always easy. Our environment can be against us, but we still have to show up and be ourselves. Yes, we were completely drenched by the time the festival started, but we didn't let that stop us!

ID: Jordan and Sarah take a selfie together while wearing Care Collective logo t-shirts, a passerby sends a peace sign toward the camera with text saying "a volunteer spotted us" over their head, Jordan and a Care Collective volunteer chat with a Pride attendee.

Gas prices effect everyone. Even if we did switch to delivering via tricycle, we would still feel the strain. As gas prices rise, shipping prices rise too, and it's the consumers who feel it most. When things get tight, caregivers will skip meals to buy diapers and menstruators miss work or school without period products.

Help us give everyone one less thing to worry about! By distributing free diapers and period products, we free up space in the budget for rising costs. Thanks for the tricycle, Open Roads Bike Program!

VD: Rue addresses the camera, then the camera pans to the delivery van which suddenly disappears. A tricycle rolls onto screen and then a compilation of the tricycle in action plays. Rue loads a bag of diapers into the tricycle before riding off screen, waving to the camera as she goes.

You might've met her at OvaryActing, but we'd like to formally introduce you to Rue! As our Operations Coordinator, Rue will be the person responsible for getting products where they need to go. If you see the van driving by, give a wave to let Rue know she's an excellent driver!

VD: Rue addresses the camera directly with colorful stripes on the wall behind her. It cuts to footage of the van driving and closeups of various features like the hood and a large tampon cartoon on one side.

We're still riding the OvaryActing high and we hope you are too! If you were able to attend, don't let your friends miss it next year! We promise to give you plenty of notice if you promise to put it on your calendar. We're just sorry we can't do this once a month—unlike other things.

VD: Various presenters stand on a stage with a red lamp and an orange chair behind them with the audience in the foreground.

We are still so grateful for everyone who made OvaryActing a huge success this year! If you couldn't make it, here's a sample of what you missed. We hope you'll join us next year for some more period pieces!

Your team, family, and friends are all welcome at Care Collective! In addition to our weekly public events, we also host a ton of private events. If you’d like to have your own private volunteer event, you can reach out and we’ll get you scheduled.

Private events are limited to groups of 8 to 12 people and can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9 am and 9 pm. We’re currently scheduling into August, but our calendar is filling up fast, so don’t delay!

Follow the lead of some really cool groups like Factory Coffee, Harrington Team-Blue Horizon Realty Group/Keller Williams, Western Michigan University alumni, and Bronson Methodist Hospital Education! Support kids, caregivers, and menstruators while spending time with your favorite people!

ID: Factory Coffee volunteers pose for the camera, WMU alumni repackage diapers with a brightly painted wall behind them, Blue Horizon volunteers are flanked by boxes of period products, and a team from Bronson Education place labels on teal bags.

The weather was just right for the annual N. Burdick Street Block Party! Hosted by the 41st District Service Office of State Representative Julie M. Rogers, the block party is fun for the whole family. This year featured a DJ, games, health screens, a visit from a fire truck, and over 25 different organizations helping to connect community members with resources. Care Collective was there distributing period products. Jordan specifically was there to snag a photo with Buster Bronco and Buzz the Hornet. We’re really happy for her.

We were also happy to see MRC Industries, Inc. there! We have an exciting collaboration with them in the works that we’re excited to share more about in the future. A big thank you to the 41st DSO and Julie Rogers for giving Kalamazoo a good time!
