In collaboration with Bo Jackson Elite we are excited to bring the 1st ever satellite BSF Pitching Metric Camp to BTLA. This event is open to all not just BTLA team members. Staff members from Bo Jackson Elite Ohio and Sparks Illinois will be running this event.

BSF Satellite Metric Camp

The Satellite Metric Camp is an introduction to our BSF Pitching Performance Program where athletes use this camp time to collect objective data on their mobility measurements through their kinetic chain, Trackman Pitch Metric Data Collection (Testing velocity, spin rate, vertical/horizontal movements, etc) to help one understand what the baseball is doing when it leaves their hand and how to better one’s pitch profile, an entire evaluation on their force production / strength measurements all powered by our VALD Force plate, Dynamo and Smart Speed Technology.
After we collect their information, the athletes will meet for an introductory PowerPoint presentation that explains:

● A Routine Pitching Performance System
● The science involved
● Why we took these measurements into consideration
● How to optimize a pitching performance program to maximize their development.

Camp Schedule
Date: October 19th
Time: 11am-3pm
Schedule:
Athletes Arrive: 11am
Introduction: 11:15am
Camp Begins (Throwing portion with Trackman): 11:30am Data Collection (Force plates, Timing gates, etc.): 1pm Presentation: 2:30pm
