On behalf of the Maple Hill Holiday Parade, Maple Hill Auto Group has been the underwriter of this significant and hallmark event for more years than most realize. Back in the 1990's they stepped up and helped to secure the parade's importance downtown. Since then they never waivered and actually challenged organizers to "step it up" and make it better. And, they wrote the checks to make it happen. This is community and it is the power of believability of what happens when businesses open their checkbooks to support community events.
We have been assured that the parade will be supported, engaged, and delivered to Downtown Kalamazoo with the commitment that has always been there. We know that in November, the team at Fox Maple Hill will also be at the front of the parade making sure that we step off with the excitement that drives the holiday parade to be so successful and an ongoing tradition for kicking off the holiday season here in Southwest Michigan.
Again, we want to thank (from the bottoms of our hearts) the VandenBerg family for being the backbone of the Kalamazoo Holiday Parade. The entrepreneurial spirit that guides major events is indeed why Kalamazoo comes together to build better places to live, work, and believe.
