Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Kaneohe NMCRS provides financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Navy & Marine Corps GUIDING PRINCIPLES:

Welcome to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Kaneohe official page. This page is intended to share resources, interact with, and provide up-to-date information for our online community. Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society educates and provides financial assistance for Active-Duty and Retired Marines and Sailors, and their eligible family members in times of need. We are committed to providing quality service. We will meet our clients' emergency needs and, through quality services and programs, help them develop viable and lasting solutions to their problems. Our staff will apply the Society's policies on a consistent and compassionate basis. We will respond to emergent needs and changes.
2. We will: provide a non-judgmental atmosphere that encourages our clients to achieve self-sufficiency: preserve their dignity and self-respect; maintain appropriate and effective communication with command; and respect client confidentiality within published guidelines of the Society.
3. We are committed to good stewardship. We will be responsible stewards of the financial resources entrusted to us; we will exercise conscientious and diligent management of the Society's funds.
4. We will provide our staff- Volunteers and Employees- with the training, education, and other tools necessary to attain the highest levels of effectiveness and professionalism throughout the organization.
5. We value volunteerism. We are committed to the principle of Volunteer Service; we will empower our Volunteers to administer the programs of the Society.
6. We believe in personal financial responsibility. By helping clients develop their own problem-solving capabilities, the Society encourages personal financial responsibility; we recognize that the best solution is not necessarily direct financial assistance.

Today on Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Day, we’re remembering the babies who were loved and the families who carry that love with them.

Pregnancy and infant loss can bring a kind of grief that’s difficult to put into words. If you or someone you love is navigating this kind of loss, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Through the NMCRS Visiting Nurse Program, Marines, Sailors, and their families can connect with nurses, health education, local resources, and support during pregnancy and beyond. Our nurses are here to listen, answer questions, and help connect families with the care they need.

After three wonderful years as our Chair of Volunteers at NMCRS Kaneohe Bay, it’s time to say a bittersweet goodbye to Beth.

With over 12 years and more than 4,500 volunteer hours dedicated to NMCRS, Beth has made a lasting impact on our community.

Her unwavering dedication to our volunteers, positive attitude, contagious laughter, and the fun she brought into our office every week will be deeply missed. Beth has a special way of making everyone feel welcome, appreciated, and part of the team.

Beth, thank you for the laughter, the memories, and most importantly, the heart you’ve poured into everything you do. Our office won’t be quite the same without you!

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Rear Admiral Dawn Cutler (USN Retired), Vice President/COO of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society to NMCRS Kaneohe Bay! 🌺

Our staff and volunteers enjoyed sharing breakfast together, hearing about all the new and exciting things happening at headquarters, and having the opportunity to ask questions and connect.

Thank you, Dawn, for taking the time to visit us and for such a wonderful morning. We hope you enjoy the rest of your time here in beautiful Hawaiʻi!

Expecting a baby or recently welcomed a new addition? Join NMCRS Kaneohe Bay for our Budget for Baby® Workshop on Monday, October 19th, from 0900–1100.

Our workshop helps growing families prepare for the financial changes that come with a new baby. Participants will learn practical budgeting strategies, explore helpful financial resources, and receive tools designed to support their family’s financial well-being.
